That’s completely okay—and very normal. You can book a free discovery call, and I will gently guide you to the session that best supports your current needs and feelings.
Absolutely. There’s no “expiration date” on healing or needing support. Whether you gave birth 3 weeks or 3 months ago, postnatal care is still relevant and helpful.
Currently, in-person home visits are only offered in select areas of the UK. If you’re based elsewhere, I recommend booking a virtual session—and I will offer alternatives that still feel intimate and helpful.
